A WINCHESTER man has been cleared of assaulting a female.
Christopher John Kimber, 61, of The Valley, Stanmore, had denied the offence, alleged to have been committed at a property in Stuart Crescent, Stanmore on April 20.
Mr Kimber was found not guilty by magistrates in Basingstoke and the case was dismissed.
