A WINCHESTER man has been barred from trying to contact a woman in the city.
The restraining order was granted against Constantine-Edurad Bostan, 43, of Christchurch Road, after he was cleared of assaulting the women.
The prosecution had offered no evidence for the assault that was alleged to have happened on August 4 last year.
The restraining order bans Bostan from any contact save via a solicitor or going to an address in Eversley Place, Stanmore. It runs until July 9 2022.
