Police breath test
LECKFORD man Henry Joseph Cox has been banned from the road for driving above the alcohol limit.
Cox, 30, of Stockbridge Road, was caught by police on Easton Lane, Winnall, Winchester, on May 13, a court heard.
His alcohol reading was 46 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35.
He admitted the charge.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a 12-month ban, fined Cox£120 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
