A seven-year-old dog called Poppy, who is "quite energetic" is looking for her forever home.

She is a cross between a Yorkshire Terrier and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who loves to play and spend her time running around the garden in her foster home - and she needs to be kept busy.

Once she’s tired herself out, she enjoys settling down for some gentle strokes and a fuss, but it won’t be long before she’s ready to go again.

Poppy is looking for quite a specific home as the area she needs most support in is around other dogs, so she is looking for a new owner who will be really understanding about this.

She finds other dogs very scary, which causes her to bark at them, so she needs to be walked in quiet areas where she won’t see a lot of dogs, particularly off lead dogs.
