THE wife of Conservative prospective parliamentary candidate for Winchester, Steve Brine, has given birth to a baby daughter.
Emily Jane Brine was born to Susie at 18.09 yesterday (November 22) at Winchester's Royal Hampshire County Hospital, weighing 8lb 5oz.
Mr Brine said: "We are both absolutely thrilled and a little shell-shocked at the same time! We would like to thank from the bottom of our hearts the whole team at Florence Portal House who were simply wonderful."
