TEACHERS at a school near Winchester have bought pupils a gift to show that they miss them.
Each and every child at Itchen Abbas Primary will receive a soft toy bear.
Inclusion manager Rob Bogan said: "At Itchen Abbas Primary School, we very much wanted our children to know how much we have missed them and continue to miss our Hedgehogs (Year 2/3) and Otters (Year 4/5) children, so we have bought them all a little gift.
"It has been so lovely to see their smiles as they received their teddy. Our governors would also like to thank all of the parents for their kind words and amazing support during this time, all of the teaching staff for their limitless enthusiasm and adaptability and for our wonderful children who we are so proud of."
