A WINCHESTER photographer has been honoured by having one of her images chosen for a national collection.

Historic England have selected 'Lockdown Blues' to go into its #picturinglockdown archives. Only 100 public submissions were chosen.

Tamsyn Warde took the photo on Fairfield Road in Fulflood.

She said it was taken relatively early on in the lockdown on April 30 and explained the story behind it. "It was taken over the wall of my neighbours. Martha (in the middle) asked if she could come over to stroke our dog, I said no because of social distancing, and she pulled this face!"
