A WINCHESTER woman has been fined for possession of a class B drug.
Ann Bell, 49, of Thurmond Crescent, Stanmore, was caught with a quantity of amphetamine, also known as speed, in Winchester in October 2018, magistrates heard.
Bell appeared via video link before the bench at Basingstoke and was fined £80 with a £30 victim surcharge. There was no order for costs.
