Speeding on the M3
A TEENAGER faces a court hearing after being clocked at almost 100mph on the M3 near Winchester .
A 19-year-old male was said to have sped past an unmarked police car on a stretch of the motorway on Saturday at 5.41pm.
Officers clocked him driving at an average speed of 96mph. The legal limit is 70mph.
Police noted that the driver had been holding a licence for less than a year.
He will now face a date in court.
