A FURTHER three patients who tested positive for coronavirus have died in Hampshire.
Daily figures cover University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS), Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The latest figures, published this afternoon, show that a total of 592 people with the virus have died in Hampshire, up from 589 yesterday.
Since the start of the pandemic a total of 189 patients treated by UHS have died after testing positive for coronavirus, up by two in 24 hours.
The figure for Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is 228, up by one in the last 24 hours.
While Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has seen 156 Covid-related deaths, with no increase.
A total of 17 patients treated by Southern Health have died after contracting the virus. Solent NHS Trust has seen two deaths.
