A TEENAGE bike thief has again been caught at a train station in breach of a court order.

Thomas Adam Rhys Novak, 19, has convictions for bike thefts at train stations and is subject to a criminal behaviour order barring from from rail stations.

But on May 22 he was stopped at Southampton Airport Parkway station without reasonable excuse.

Novak, of Green Stile, Medstead, near Alresford, was banned from stations by a CBO passed at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on May 3 2019.

He admitted being at the station in breach of the CBO.

Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a community order with a three-month curfew ordering him to stay home between 8pm and 6am.

Novak was also ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge. There was no order for costs because of his lack of means.
