WINCHESTER police have arrested three people in possession of a Class A drug.
Two woman from the city, aged 23 and 47, and a 19-year-old man from London, were stopped by officers on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.
The incident happened yesterday (May 14) at Chesil Street Car Park, at around 10am.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson told the Chronicle: "Officers arrested three people – two women aged 23 and 47 from Winchester and a 19-year-old man from London – on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a class A drug after attending Chesil Street car park around 10am."
All three individuals have been released under investigation and enquiries are ongoing.
Police have not specified which Class A is involved.
