A FURTHER 48 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Hampshire.
New figures show that in the last 24 hours, the total number has risen to 432.
Southampton has seen an increase of two as the city total hits 43 and neighbouring Portsmouth is now at 70 – an increase of six.
Hampshire still sits as the second highest in the UK, with 513 confirmed cases in Birmingham.
Nationally, there have now been 19,522 cases and 1,228 people have died after being diagnosed with COVID-19.
