Woman caught drink driving on M3 near Winchester
CHIVONYA Whyte, 25, has been banned for drink driving on the M3 near Winchester.
Whyte, 25, of Kiln News, Tooting, south London, was stopped on the northbound carriageway between junctions 9 and 8 on February 15. Her alcohol reading was 64 micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath, when the legal limit is 35.
Magistrates in Basingstoke banned her for 18 months and told her to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
She also admitted failing to attend court on March 3. There was no separate penalty.
