ZHECKO Georgiev, 33, has avoided a driving ban after taking ecstasy.
Georgiev, of Athelstan Road, Bitterne, Southampton, was in charge of a 58-reg Audi A5 when stopped by police in The Broadway, Winchester, on October 26 last year, a court was told.
When tested for the drug in his blood, his reading for MDMA, ecstasy, was 75ug/l when the legal limit is 10, making him seven times the legal limit. He pleaded guilty to the charge.
Magistrates ordered ten penalty points to be added on his licence, fined him £330 with a £33 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
