A DRUG driver will not be legally driving for the next three years.
Christopher Ian Phillips, 29, was driving a Peugeot 307 when he was caught by police on August 11 on Beechlands Road, Medstead, near Alresford.
When tested Phillips was over the limit for cocaine. His level of 59ug/l when the legal limit is 50. He was also over the limit for Ketamine with 42ug/l, double the legal limit.
Phillips, of Mulberry Gardens, Medstead, initially denied the allegation but changed his plea to guilty.
Magistrates imposed a community order to run to March 9 2021 with a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 20 days.
Phillips was also fined £125 with a £90 victim surcharge and £200 costs.
