Police in raids..
A 19-YEAR-old man has been handed a conditional caution for possessing cannabis following a police raid in Stanmore yesterday (Thursday).
Officers from the Winchester City neighbourhood policing team executed a warrant on Stanmore Lane.
Police found drugs, cash and drug paraphernalia, which were all seized.
The 19-year-old man from Winchester was arrested, and a police spokesperson said he was given a conditional caution for possession of cannabis.
