A CHANDLER'S Ford resident has been left shaken up and been unable to sleep after a man wearing a balaclava exposed himself.
The resident you wishes to remain unnamed was walking home from work on Thursday at around 7.45pm
When they turned into Falkland Road, there was a man wearing a black balaclava, black long sleeved shirt, and dark jeans "dropped down to his knees" fondling himself.
When the witness threatened to call the police, the alleged flasher "calmly" pulled up his jeans and fled down an alleyway which runs parallel to Westfield road.
The witness was reportedly "really shaken up and to have barely slept".
A police spokesperson said: "We have received a report of a man exposing himself in Falkland Road, Chandler's Ford, just before 8pm yesterday (February 27).
Anyone who saw anything suspicious can call 101, quoting 44200075186."
