WINCHESTER man Bradley Barnes has been heavily fined for failing to comply with a community order.
Barnes, 44, of Market Lane, was handed the order on April 3 last year.
But Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard that he failed to attend to undertake unpaid work on August 31, September 28 and October 26.
Barnes admitted the breach and also failing to provide evidence of the reason for non-compliance and was fined £1,450 with £60 costs. The community order will continue.
