The piles of filth have been dump in a layby on the narrow road but passing vehicles unable to avoid the rubbish have pulled items and mud further along.
Bricks and large planks of wood have been tossed into the middle of the road, causing a hazard for motorists, cyclists, and horses that are ridden down the track.
Swanmore Parish Council are aware of the rubbish and it has been reported to Winchester City Council.
