A ROTARY sponsored technology tournament will take place at the Bournemouth Collegiate School on March 5.
This tournament will involve 31 teams from 14 local secondary schools.
This is an opportunity for teams of four students with an interest in engineering, design, technology and science to learn more about their interests and compete in a tournament against other schools.
Each team is required to design and build a solution to an unseen technical task within a specific time frame.
Head of the Collegiate School, Russell Slatford will welcome competitors and Head of Operations for Defence Information at BAE Systems, Ed Taylor will present the prizes.
The tournament, organised by nine local Rotary clubs, is being supported by BAE Systems Christchurch, Marden Edwards Wimborne and the Bournemouth Collegiate School.
