Young man jailed for breaking a court order by contacting a female
A YOUNG Alresford man has been sent to prison for deliberately breaching a court order.
Tom Higgs, 22, contacted a young woman in Alton when ordered not to by magistrates.
The court heard it was deliberate breach and committed whilst Higgs was drunk.
The magistrates activated the 16-week suspended sentence imposed as recently as November 21for assaulting two females and criminal damage.
Higgs,of Ladycroft, was also ordered to pay a £122 victim surcharge.
