A COURT will consider placing a criminal behaviour order on a Winchester man convicted of interfering with motor vehicles.
Carl Philip Coles, 45, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, admitted two charges of interference with intent to steal on September 17 and 21, one a 63-reg Peugeot van in Winchester and three vehicles in Kings Worthy.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a community order with electronic monitoring for four months, to stay at home between 8pm and 6am, as well as £90 prosecution costs.
An application for a criminal behaviour order was adjourned until January 22.
