Drug driver 16-times over limit among nine in court
HE cannot legally drink in a pub but a Winchester youth, aged 17, has been banned from the road for drug driving.
The youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was caught over the limit for cannabis on August 26, a court heard.
Magistrates in Basingstoke disqualified him for 12 months, ordered he attend a young offenders panel for three months and pay a £20 victim surcharge and £50 costs.
