THREE men were chased down by police after stealing wine from a Bishop's Waltham shop.
A 34-year-old and a 40-year-old from Gosport, and a 47-year-old from Portsmouth have been released under investigation after targeting Budgens in Winchester Road.
Police say a "number of bottles" were stolen.
A spokesman for Hampshire Constabulary said: "Officers were flagged down by staff from the Budgens store in Winchester Road, Bishop's Waltham, around 1.15pm on Monday (December 23) after a number of bottles of wine were stolen.
"After a brief foot chase, three men were arrested, on suspicion of theft. They have been released under investigation and enquiries are ongoing."
