A WINCHESTER man has been handed a suspended sentence after trespassing and stealing from the same building twice.
Christopher Scott Bryan, 45, entered The Portsmouth Academy for Girls on St Mary's Road in Portsmouth on two occasions and stole various items.
On November 3, he stole a pair of headphones and £15.00 in cash.
On November 11, he stole a bag containing a mobile phone, keys, food and a convictions and offences committed soon after the imposition of a community order for
multi tool, to the value of £300.
Bryan, of Queensmead in Winchester, pleaded guilty at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court to two accounts of theft and trespassing.
He was handed a 12 week jail sentence suspended for 12 months.
