CHILDREN have taken to stages across the region this month to perform the Nativity story.
The ancient tale has been performed by infant and primary schools alike to commemorate the birth of Jesus and to celebrate the festive season.
The tale has been performed in both traditional and secular forms to proud friends and families for decades.
