A NUMBER of Kings’ School pupils and staff from the Pupil Support department enjoyed an action-packed morning with Paralympic tennis medallist Peter Norfolk.
Peter was on hand to deliver a brand new set of sports wheelchairs to the school and also experience the newly refurbished sports hall floors.
A spokesperson at the school said: “These will be a real jewel in the crown and support the already extensive adapted sports provision at the school.”
Peter spent considerable time with the pupils and put them through their paces with a number of drills.
He also shared some of the entertaining stories of his travels and encounters from travelling the world as an international sports person.
The spokesperson added: “Kings’ were also delighted to welcome back long term friend of the school, Littleton tennis coach Chris Hughes.”
