Crash shuts two lanes on M3
UPDATE: The incident has been cleared.
POLICE have rushed to the M3 following a crash that shut two lanes this morning.
Lanes one and two are closed at M3 southbound between Junction 2 and Junction 3.
Traffic officers are on their way to the scene.
The incident was reported at 7am.
