POLICE have arrested a man on suspicion of indecent exposure after a dog walker was followed by a man who carried out a sex act in front of her in broad daylight.
A 38-year-old woman was walking her pet in the east Anton area of Andover when she noticed she was being followed by a man.
She walked away but the twisted individual approached her and committed a sex act in front of her.
The traumatising incident happened on Friday, October 4, shortly before 2pm.
The man was described as being of slim build with blonde hair and wearing tracksuit bottoms.
A spokesman for Hampshire Police said a man had now been arrested.
In a statement, the force said: “A 20-year-old man from Andover has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure. He has been released from custody but remains under investigation. Enquiries are ongoing.”
This is the latest incident of this nature to take place in recent months.
In September, a man wearing a Vitacress uniform was cautioned after he caught on camera masturbating outside a family home.
