A POLICE incident is underway following reports of an injured officer.
According to a witness, six police cars and at least twelve officers were at the junction of Sirdar and Portswood Road, Southampton at around 1pm today.
The witness who wished to remain unnamed added that a couple of officers were bandaging another who appeared injured.
A recovery vehicle is now on the scene retrieving a police car.
The Daily Echo has contacted Hampshire Police for comment.
