A BISHOP'S Waltham man has been banned from the road for drink driving.
Michael Peter Alloy, 23, of The Avenue, admitted the offence committed on the M3 on October 15.
When tested, his alcohol reading was 76 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath, when the legal maximum is 35.
Alloy was fined £120 with a £32victimsurcharge and £85 costs by magistrates in Basingstoke.
He was disqualified for 17 months but the ban will be cut by 129 days if he passes an approved course by September 20 2020.
