A TEENAGER has been banned from the road for riding his moped while over the drug drive limit for cannabis.
Jack Clayton Mattia, 18, of Downs Road, South Wonston, was in court to admit the offence.
It happened on May 10 when he got on a red Lexmoto 67-reg moped on West Hill Road, South Wonston.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £120 with a £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
