Winchester man fined for attacking woman
A WINCHESTER man has been fined for attacking a woman at his home.
Brandon Elliott Poulton, 21, of St Cross Road, admitted the assault on the woman that happened on September 19.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement for the maximum of 25 days as well as a £200 fine, a £90 victim surcharge and £15 costs.
