THE site of Sizzlers takeaway in Winchester is being marketed by Goadsby Commercial.
The agents say the premises of 6 Bridge Street, next to the wine bar No.5 Bridge Street and opposite the Chesil Rectory, provides a rare opportunity to acquire premises over two floors totalling 1,390 sq.ft (129 sq.m) benefitting from A3 and A5 planning consent.
The premises are available on a new lease directly from the landlord.

Goadsby says they are looking for more properties and businesses to satisfy the levels of demand.
