A WINCHESTER driver has failed in a bid to have a disqualification lifted.
Basil Joy Kavumgumpilliyil, 34, of Romsey Road, had been banned for three years for a driving offence on September 26 2017.
Kavumgumpilliyil applied for the ban to be lifted but magistrates in Basingstoke refused,
They said the sentence had been reasonable and despite the defendant's good behaviour and change in circumstances, not specified, there was no good reason to grant the application.
