UPDATE: All lines have now reopened. However, SWR says train services may still be cancelled, delayed or revised.
A PERSON has been struck by a train between Salisbury and Romsey.
South Western Railway says that emergency teams are on the scene, although the exact location of the incident has not been disclosed.
Trains are currently either delayed or being cancelled.
On its website, it added: "We have received reports that a person has been struck by a train between Salisbury and Romsey.
"Our response teams are working with the emergency services to assist with the incident meaning all lines are blocked."

Currently Trains between Salisbury and Romsey, via Southampton Central and Eastleigh, are suspended.
Replacement buses have been requested to run on the Salisbury to Southampton Central and Romsey to Eastleigh routes.
They added: "We are very sorry for any delay that this may cause to your journey."
