MEDSTEAD woman Emma Jane Daynes has been banned from the road for driving whilst disqualified.
Daynes, 36, of Walker Place, was stopped by police officers on April 4 in Ivatt Way in Alton whilst driving an 18-reg Mazda.
Her alcohol reading was 92 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath, more than twice the legal limit of 35.
Daynes denied the charge but was found guilty after a trial at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
The magistrates ordered she pay £1,200 in legal costs and imposed a community order for her to do 120 hours unpaid work.
She was also banned from driving for three years and told to pay an £85 victim surcharge.
