A WINCHESTER woman has come close to being jailed for breaching a court order.
Frances Gorman, 57, of Upper High Street, made a threatening phone call to Andrew Gorman on July 31, Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard.
The magistrates jailed her for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. They said Gorman had displayed a "wilful and persistent failure" to abide by court orders.
They also imposed a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 28 days.
