A WINCHESTER man has been fined for possession of cannabis.
Timothy John Holdham, whose address was given as the Trinity Centre, Durngate, admitted the charge committed on June 27.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £80 with a £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
