A SOUTHAMPTON man found dead at his home had to be identified through DNA analysis, an inquest heard.
Michael Thomas Bailey, 72, was found at his home in Padwell Road, Inner Avenue, on May 31.
A sample of his body tissue was analysed to confirm his identity.
Consultant pathologist Dr Adrian Bateman conducted a post mortem but the cause of death was unascertained.
Senior Coroner Grahame Short adjourned the hearing until November 18.
