The Market Place
Romsey's new modernised upgraded pedestrian pavements/ road system which are both at the same level.
Why is there no sign of safety measures such as bollards installed etc. For pedestrian / building safety against motorised vehicles accidents or malicious events in Market Place?
Will it take an accident/ injury for these to be retrospective installed and the disruption again! Why have these not been considered necessary in Bell Street and Church Street etc.
