ROAD users in Southampton could face a string of delays on one of the city’s busiest high streets.
Pot hole repairs works on Shirley High Street will see the use of traffic control systems in place in four different locations.
The works will take place on Romsey Road going into the High Street for two days.
Sets of temporary one-way traffic lights will be in place along the high street to allow the work to take place.
The locations are outside 17 Romsey Road, 15 Romsey Road, 29 to 31 Romsey Road, 77 Romsey Road and 81 Romsey Road.
The work is to start on July 10 and run until July 11.
Officials have said that delays on the road will be likely.
