Teenager convicted of assault
A WINCHESTER teenager has been convicted of assault.
Kelsey Atkins, 19, of Cromwell Road, Stanmore, had denied attacking Orlaith Willoughby on September 22.
But she was found guilty after a trial and ordered to pay a £227 fine, £500 compensation, £500 prosecution costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
