A SOUTHAMPTON solicitors could be turned into ten new flats.
Plans for ten new apartments in Bevios have been submitted to civic chiefs at Southampton City Council.
The property is currently used as an office for CGM Solicitors, a Hampshire based company with offices in Hythe and Totton, on College Place.
The submission was made by developer Mr Atwal of Aycer Homes Ltd and detail plans to change the use of the office building to ten flats with associated external alterations.
