A MAN has been given a curfew after admitting using threatening or abusive behaviour.
Joseph Jay Flowers, of Hyde Gate, Winchester, admitted the offence, as well as breaching a suspended sentence, when he appeared before Basingstoke Magistrates' Court.
Magistrates sentenced the 40-year-old to a community order, including a curfew, as well as ordering him to pay costs of £20 and an £85 victim surcharge.
Flowers' suspended sentence was also altered to one of eight weeks imprisonment, suspended for 18 months.
