THE children of All Saints Church of England Primary School visited Steve Brine MP in the House of Commons.

The group made the trip from the Highcliffe school to tour Parliament and meet their local MP for a special Q and A session.

After their guided tour they headed to the Education Centre to discuss a range of topics including Brexit, cycling, single use plastics and the wider environment.

Mr Brine said: “I love welcoming schools to the Houses of Parliament and have a real soft spot for All Saints having visited many times, including to open their fantastic extension a few years back. They children were lovely and so keen to chat with me as well as to ask their questions. I hope they all enjoyed their visit as much as we enjoyed having them. They are a credit to their school and families.”
