A MAN caught with Class B drugs in Gosport has been given a conditional discharge.
Ryan Paul King was caught with almost a gram of amphetamine, otherwise known as 'Speed', on October 8.
He pleaded guilty to a count of possession of a Class B drug.
Appearing at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court, King was given a conditional discharge for six months.
The 29-year-old, of Wilmott Close, Gosport, was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.
