Shoplifter placed under curfew
SHOPLIFTER Kell Phra-Bang Andrews has been ordered to be under curfew for six weeks.
Andrews, 38, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, Winchester, admitted stealing fragrances valued at £278.95 from Debenhams in Basingstoke on February 5.
Magistrates imposed a six-week curfew to be electronically monitored between 7pm and 7am on June 7, as well as an alcohol treatment order for nine months and rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 15 days.
There was no compensation order because the items were recovered.
The sentence included dealing with the breach of a community order imposed for shoplifting from Tesco in Winchester on February 4.
