WINCHESTER man Jayke Nathaniel Joseph Smith has been disqualified for drug driving.
Smith, 20, of Kings Avenue, Stanmore, was caught on January 6 driving an X-reg VW Polo on Upper Brook Street after consuming an illegal amount of cannabis.
Magistrates in Basingstoke banned him for 12 months and imposed a £80 fine, £30 victim surcharge and £25 costs.
Smith was also fined another £80 for possession of cannabis.
He admitted both charges.
